PTFE is
extremely hydrophobic & extremely stable at
high temperatures of -70°C
to +260°C These
polymers retain their toughness & strength at
sub zero temperatures makes them an ideal
material for outer space technology and
understandable for Audio lead wires which
enhances the audio equipment. PTFE is
almost unaffected by Ozone, Oxygen or UV light
& has no aging properties. PTFE
PolyTetraFluoroEthylene has an extremely low
co-efficiency of friction with superb non stick
properties. PTFE has
outstandingly High dielectric strengths of 50kV/mm
- 80kV/mm with a very high degree of high volume
and surface resistivity.

Corrugated Tubing
Light wall, Standard, Shallow, Deep, Ultra Smooth
bore & Crush Resistant. Ultra smooth bore
corrugated tubing looks like and operates like
PTFE tubing
PTFE SBC Smooth Bore tubing: It
looks like PTFE
tubing and operates like ptfe tubing, but has
incredible bend flexibility compared to PTFE tubing. It is visibly
like-no-other PTFE
corrugated tubing around. SBC
has ultra tight convolutions, allows ease
insertion of wires and cables and has incredible
MBR (Minimum Bend Radius) of 19mm (3/4 inch). SBC has kink resistant,
chemical inertness, solvent resistant,
hydrophobic, anti-aging, non-flammable with
unique electrical properties. One area could be
military and commercial antennae wire/cable
insertion systems.
